Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards. A credit card must be kept on file to hold scheduled appointment. If payment is not received within 48 hours after appointment, no future appointments will be made until payment is received.

How do I get my prescription refilled?

Utilize the HIPAA compliant messaging within your Grow Therapy profile to request prescriptions refills. Please allow up to 72 business hours for refill (with the exception of weekends and holidays). 

How do I contact the provider in between sessions?

Utilize the HIPAA compliant messaging within your Grow Therapy profile. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response (with the exception of weekends and holidays). 

What happens if I cancel an appointment?

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be a fee of $95 to the credit card on file. There will be a charge of $150 to the credit card on file for missed appointments without any prior notification. ​

Do you offer therapy services?

At this time, I offer psychotherapy as an adjunct to medication management. Referrals will be made upon patient request and at the discretion of the provider.

Do you offer in-person visits?

Visits are completed via HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms only. In person visits may be offered in the future and information will be provided at that time.
