I know how that feels, because I’ve lived it.

After nearly 20 years in healthcare, I’ve seen how the traditional system often overlooks the very real toll stress and exhaustion take on our bodies and minds. During my own experience with burnout, I realized something vital was missing: care that slows down, listens deeply, and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.
