Thoughtful Therapies
Integrative mental health care.
This is not rushed psychiatry. This is thoughtful, whole-person mental health care.

You might look “fine” on the outside—showing up, getting things done, pushing through—but inside you feel wired, exhausted, overwhelmed, or emotionally flat. Your mind won’t slow down. Your sleep isn’t restorative. Stress, anxiety, or burnout have quietly become your baseline.

And you’re tired of being told to just cope.

At Thoughtful Therapies, I help adults move through stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm by addressing why this is happening—not by layering quick fixes on top. This is comprehensive, whole-person care for people who want clarity, steadiness, and lasting change… not rushed appointments or surface-level solutions.

Care built for people who already tried “the usual.”

As a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I created Thoughtful Therapies to offer the kind of care I once searched for myself—and couldn’t find.
Care that recognizes your symptoms didn’t come out of nowhere.
Care that understands your nervous system, hormones, lifestyle, biology, and lived experience are all connected.
Care that slows down enough to actually listen.
This is not assembly-line psychiatry.
It’s intentional, collaborative, and deeply personalized.

Private-Pay: Space to finally go deeper

Private-pay care allows us to work without limits, pressure, or shortcuts.
No rigid visit lengths.
No insurance-driven checkboxes.
No forcing your experience into a diagnostic box that never quite fit.

Instead, you receive:
-
Unhurried sessions where your story is fully heard
-
Personalized, integrative treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, thoughtful medication management, nervous-system regulation, and lifestyle support
-
Functional and genetic testing when appropriate to uncover root contributors
-
Evidence-based natural and integrative supports chosen strategically—not trendy, not generic
Private pay is ideal for those who know there has to be more than symptom management—those ready to understand their patterns and create sustainable, long-term change.

About Me
Sabrina Ritchie, NP
I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, AGNP-BC) and the founder of Thoughtful Therapies LLC.

If you’re exhausted from carrying too much for too long—pushing through stress, anxiety, or burnout just to keep going—you’re not alone. I know this territory personally, and that experience shapes how I care for others.

After nearly 20 years in healthcare, I saw how often people are rushed, reduced to symptoms, or expected to cope without real support. Thoughtful Therapies was created to offer something different: care that slows down, listens deeply, and treats you as a whole person.

My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and integrative—blending psychotherapy, thoughtful medication management, and lifestyle-based supports when appropriate. Together, we focus on restoring calm, clarity, and resilience in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.

Here, you’re not a diagnosis or a checklist.
You’re a person—and your story matters.
