About Me
Sabrina Ritchie, PMHNP, AGNP
I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades in healthcare, including almost ten years as an NP. Beyond the credentials, I know firsthand what it’s like to carry stress, anxiety, and burnout—and how disheartening it can be to feel like just another name on a provider’s schedule.
I created Thoughtful Therapies to offer something different. Mental health care should be as unique as the person receiving it. My approach is integrative and personalized, blending psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle coaching, and plant-based medicine to treat the whole person—not just manage symptoms.
I'm trained in integrative, nutritional, and trauma-informed care for stress, anxiety, and burnout. I’m also certified in Dr. Leslie Korn’s Advanced Nutritional & Integrative Mental Health training through PESI, which deepened my understanding of how food, physiology, and trauma intersect with emotional well-being.

A Bit About Me Personally…
During the pandemic, I was working 12-hour shifts as an NP while pregnant with my first child. Burnout hit hard—and it woke me up. That experience shaped the way I practice today: with empathy, presence, and a deep belief that your well-being deserves to come first.
