Get To Know Me
Hi, I’m Sabrina Ritchie, the founder of Thoughtful Therapies. My passion for mental health care stems from my belief that everyone deserves to feel understood and supported on their journey to wellness.
My journey into mental health care has been shaped by over 15 years of working in various healthcare settings, where I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate both physical and mental health challenges. Being a dual-certified nurse practitioner allows me to approach mental health from a well-rounded perspective, blending medical expertise with compassionate psychiatric care.
Outside of work, I’m just like you—trying to find balance in life, manage stress, and take care of the people I love. I believe in the power of small steps, whether it’s making time for self-care or reaching out for support when you need it. My goal is to be a partner in your mental health journey, someone you can trust to provide guidance without judgment, and help you make progress that feels meaningful to you.
When I’m not working with patients, I love cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors, which helps me stay grounded and reminds me of the importance of nurturing our mental and emotional well-being.
If you’re ready to explore how we can work together, I’d love to connect with you.
